With a BSc in Electrical Engineering (University of the Witwatersrand) and an MBA (Bond University, Australia), and certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma AI Belt, Frank brings an uncommon combination of engineering rigour, commercial acumen, and proven delivery experience.
Over 20 years of director-level consulting across manufacturing, production, industrial and financial services, defence, and regulated environments - Frank has led operational transformation programmes, Lean and Six Sigma implementations, and large-scale business turnarounds, consistently delivering measurable, quantified outcomes.
