  • Who are we?

    Stratocube is a specialist operational performance consultancy led by FranksSusini, a director-level practitioner with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, industrial and financial services, defence, and regulated environments.

    Stratocube works with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Operations Directors, or Operations Managers who are dealing with operational underperformance - unstable flows, delays, quality losses, bottlenecks, or the frustrating gap between what the strategy says and what the operation delivers.

    Using Lean and Six Sigma as our primary methods, we diagnose root causes, design practical improvements, implement them alongside your team, and build the governance for your teams that makes results stick.

Who you will work with

Frank Susini is the founder and lead consultant at Stratocube. With a BSc in Electrical Engineering (University of the Witwatersrand) and an MBA (Bond University, Australia), and certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma AI Belt, Frank brings an uncommon combination of engineering rigour, commercial acumen, and proven delivery experience.

 

Over 20 years of director-level consulting across manufacturing, production, industrial and financial services, defence, and regulated environments - Frank has led operational transformation programmes, Lean and Six Sigma implementations, and large-scale business turnarounds, consistently delivering measurable, quantified outcomes.

 

On every engagement, you work directly with Frank - not a junior team member or a project coordinator.
