    Stratocube is an independent consultancy focused on practical process optimisation.  We right-size with Lean to stabilise flow and reduce waste (of all kinds), and Six Sigma to reduce variation - so that people succeed, customers notice, and results stick.

Why we exist

Unnecessarily complex and poorly designed processes, queues and waiting, intermittent stop-start production, waste, and variable quality erode margins and trust. We help teams stabilise flow, remove waste, and reduce variation - simply, measurably, and sustainably.

Who you'll work with

Our Project Lead has more than 20+ years of experience in multiple industry sectors, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner, certified Artificial Intelligence Six Sigma practitioner, and possesses both Engineering and Post Graduate Business degrees.
